4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for another item, please specify the replacement item when contacting us.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
